Regency Christmas at Belvoir Castle
There’s so much to excite the senses at Belvoir Castle this Christmas. Go marvel at the castle’s sumptuous Regency Christmas, set within one of the finest surviving examples of Regency architecture to be found anywhere in the world. As you wander through the castle, you will travel back in time through many colourful and dramatic, festive-styled state rooms, including the Guard Room, Ballroom, State Dining Room and King’s Rooms, all created by award-winning interior designer, Charlotte Lloyd-Webber.

The SnowmanTM and The Snowdog - Newarke Houses, Leicester
This delightful exhibition is inspired by the iconic story of The SnowmanTM and The Snowdog. On display are over 40 original illustrations from the film, as well as behind-the-scenes drawings and preparatory sketches. These give a fascinating insight into the creative processes that brought The SnowmanTM back to life for a new generation of viewers. A wonderful way to share festive memories across the generations.

Join a magical festive afternoon tea and stories with the man himself. Santa is taking a quick break from his festive preparations to answer your little ones burning questions and read them a festive story. Adults if you fancy a treat you can enjoy a delicious afternoon tea as well!

Christmas Concert
Hambleton Hall
A firm fixture in Hambleton’s diary, The Reverie choir returns for 2021! The choir will sing a collection of ancient and modern Christmas music, including a few favourite carols for us the audience to join in with.
14th - 15th December
Charity Santa Bike Ride
Meet up with fellow fundraisers at Giant Store Normanton, then cycle to Rutland Cycling Whitwell, enjoy some mulled wine and minced pies, and then have a steady pedal back to Normanton. The ride is a total distance of 8 miles at a steady pace. All ages and abilities are welcome, fancy dress is optional (but encourage) and all booking entry proceeds go to Mind charity.

Lunch with Santa

Santa will be enjoying his lunch break away from his workshop to join your little ones for a festive bite. After lunch, sit and enjoy a festive story read by Santa before receiving a little special gift to take home.
